Products

 1. Are all your images original?
Yes! All of our images are carefully taken from publications from the 1920's through to the 1980's. No photocopies are ever taken. Therefore due to their age, please expect some age related impurities which may be present, e.g. rust from original staples, possible blemishes etc. 

2. Are the signatures original?
No, the signatures are not original, however they are the person's original handwriting reproduced for publication purposes at the original time of print.

3. The items I am looking for are out of stock on your website. Will they be restocked?
Due to the nature of our products, some items are more rare than others and therefore harder to source, consequently we invariably only have one image in stock. However we do update our stock on a regular basis, and we also have an email service that you can contact us on if you are looking for a particular piece. 

4.  How long will it take for my order to be packed and shipped?
We will pack and ship your order within three business days after receiving the payment. We will advise you when your order is shipped with tracking details.

5. What are your return policies?
We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction, however we do recognise that things can go wrong.  If you are not satisfied with your order please return your item within 30 days, in its original condition and in the original packaging.  If your item is returned because it is faulty we will happily refund you in full plus the return postage costs. (All items must be returned using the same method of shipment). 
Items returned for any other reason will not have return postage refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Something went wrong with my order. What can I do?
 Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and come up with a suitable solution. We aim to reply  within two business days. For more details go to our contact page.
